Hello and welcome to my small, sandy corner of the blogosphere! My name is Laura and I’m a writer, reader, runner, Disney addict, and part-time beach bum at Ocean City, Maryland since 2016! I decided to start Joyfully OC, MD as a total for-poops-and-giggles passion project for several reasons:
- Writing is the creative outlet that brings me joy and keeps me (somewhat) sane.
- I absolutely ADORE Ocean City.
- To challenge me to be more adventurous and finish my ambitious Sand Bucket List rather than stick to my usual routines! Even though we’ve had a house in Ocean City for five years now, there’s SO MUCH we haven’t seen and done!
